K2 Performance Program Introduction - with Coach Kelly and Coach Ryan

Kelly and Ryan have collaborated on a program to optimize health and fitness by blending the best of injury prevention and performance training to help you get the most out of each day - and here it is!

K2 Performance is LIVE at CrossFit UP with 10 Classes per Week!

We believe a training program should enhance your abilities in and outside of the gym. Whether you're an entrepreneur, a busy parent, or just looking to start a sustainable fitness program, this is for you.

K2 Performance is a 5-day per week program with 2 offerings tailored to how you're feeling -

Option 1 - FITNESS - for when you're ready to crush it

  • warm up, strength piece, conditioning piece and a cool down.

Option 2 - ACTIVE RECOVERY - for when you're feeling run down but want to move and do something good for yourself.

  • will mirror Option 1 and will still get your heart rate up, but will be for movement quality rather than intensity.

Life is busy and we all have a lot going on and getting your workout in should be a positive experience. But sometimes you need to move and know how to back off to let yourself recover for long-term optimal performance.

It requires you check in with yourself about how you're feeling and make the right decision. We'll provide the options and guidance, you still gotta do the work.

This program is a regular offering at CrossFit UP, but can also be performed during Open Gym, or at an alternate gym with equipment - either at home or at your place of work - as workouts will be available with briefing and instruction so you can get the most out of each session.
