Your safety is our first priority!

Telehealth is still encouraged for the safety of our patients and employees but for in office visits, we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines while you are in the clinic: 

• Warming up before and staying after appointments is not allowed

• Patient’s must wait outside for their appointment and will be called in when their therapist is ready 

• Clean your hands with sanitizer prior to coming in office 

• Patients must wear face masks for the entirety of their appointment (your therapist will be also wearing a mask and gloves)

• No personal belongings inside the clinic

• There will be limited patient's and Physical Therapists in the clinic at a time, each will be working on designated sides/spaces of the office, more than 6 feet apart

• Appointments will include sanitizing time

• If you have traveled in the last 14 days, experienced symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has been sick, we ask that you schedule a telehealth appointment only

• No Public Restroom
