 DPT Quick Low Back Flow

May need a yoga mat to lie on or a pad or something soft to kneel on.

You will need a yoga mat or something to be in hands and knees position on floor and a PVC Pipe or Broom Stick.

1-3 Sets is Recommended

Dead Bug with Hand on Knees and Breath Cycle, 5-10 Reps/Side

Side Plank Clam Shell, 10 Reps/Side

Bird Dog + Breath Cycle, 5-10 Reps/Side, Alternating

Leg Lock Bridge, 10 Reps/Side

Half Kneeling Hip Flexor Stretch, 5 Breaths then 5 Breaths with Lateral Reach, Each Side

PVC Hip Hinge, 10 Reps

You will need a 1/2” wide Super Loop and a way to anchor it.

You may also prefer a pad to kneel on depending on your variation of some of the exercises.
